Hard to believe the majority of this work was created in the mid 90's. Has it really been that long?!

Introduction

To fashion an idea, to give that form, to express and explore, discovering new combinations and possibilities no matter the medium means more to me than I could ever begin to explain.

From as far back as I can remember I was always drawn towards creative activities. The endless hours of drawing as a child. Throwing down different lines in the streets where I went skateboarding as a teenager, seeing my environment as a playground to be explored where others only saw concrete and tarmac. Fashioning ideas into form through clay, wood, stone and metal during my forays into sculpture. Shaping pixels and lines of code into websites and digital applications.

I cannot imagine a life without that dynamic constantly underlining everything I do. From stone carving and clay modelling to website interface design and server side scripting I’ve been very fortunate to find avenues to explore my passion. As I accumulate more time in this world that passion grows deeper and more intense, sometimes frustrating in its inability to find the right channels for expression.

So many things to see and do. So many ideas waiting to be realised. So little time.

The following sections give a little taste of the ideas, themes and media that I’ve explored over the last 15+ years.

Enjoy.
